| Bio | Hey So Hungry are a four-piece band who came together in 2022 creating indie pop/indie rock from Perth, WA. Formed in 2022, the band have quickly built a reputation for their energetic live shows, catchy hooks, and emotionally charged songwriting.
Hey So Hungry sit amongst Australia's rising music scene while creating a sound and energy of their own. Their latest single, "Another Lover," showcases their ability for creating infectious melodies with a powerful upbeat groove. In 2024, the band received a WAM Song of the Year award for their previous single "Nocturnal."
Since forming, the band have shared stages with numerous artists, including King Stingray, South Summit, The Grogans, and Sly Withers. They've also performed alongside Old Mervs at a sold-out show at the Freo Arts Centre, and most recently supported The Rions on the WA leg of their tour finishing at a sold out Astor Theatre. |
