Over the month of April, you all put forward some solid campaigning to win $1500 worth of music equipment. Our hand-selected industry judges had the pleasure of listening to all of the entrants awesome tunes, and had a tough time picking who the winner should be.
Coming out in front was Hilary from University of Tasmania.
Hilary is a 25-year-old Tasmanian-Australian pop singer/songwriter. Her soulful ballads are sure to move you, and her upbeat anthems will make you want to move! Born and raised in Hobart, Tasmania, Hilary has been writing music since she was eight years old and says she has always dreamt of a career in the music industry. In 2021, Hilary was awarded a scholarship to the Tasmanian Conservatorium of Music where she is currently studying songwriting and voice. She says she is grateful to have the opportunity to network and work with such talented musicians, such as SitDeaf who produced her debut single “Make You Miss Me” and has become half of a dynamic duo that will long outlast their time at university.
Hilary has won herself $1500 worth of music equipment. We hope this new equipment helps Hilary take the next step in her music career!
